Applying to Hartland College

Dear Applicant,

We want to take a moment to say how happy we are that you are considering Hartland College as a place where you will be able to train for God’s service. Hartland College offers you a unique opportunity to focus on the spiritual qualifications you will need as well as the practical application of the principles you will learn.
A student at Hartland College is a calling by the Lord. Students at Hartland College have a special place in God’s work, both while in school and when they graduate.

May the Lord bless you as you fill out your application and may the Holy Spirit lead you in preparing for the Highest service both here on earth and in eternity.

P.S. Before completing the application, please read carefully the “Hartland College Catalog and Handbook”. Consider especially the educational philosophy and the specific commitments that will be expected from you should you be accepted as a student.

Application Checklist

Please download the following forms (1-6), and submit them with the application form. You can submit the Online Application Form or print it out and mail it with the other forms. (Notice; the PDF application form is 1MB. If you have slow connection download the form to your computer and then fill it).

1. Applicant Reference Forms: Distribute a form to 4 different people, and they will send directly to the Director of Admissions. Please do not ask family members, relatives, and/or friends of the same age group.

2. Pre-Entrance Medical History Form: Complete by hand, sign (guardian if under 18), and send to the Director of Admissions.

3. Physician’s Medical History Form: Take with you to your physical examination appointment for the doctor to complete, and the doctor should sign in the lower right. After the appointment, send form to the Director of Admissions.

4. Applicant Request for Transcript Form: Tear form in half and give top half to your high school or academy, and the bottom half to your vocational technical school, college or university. The school should send the transcripts directly to the Director of Admissions.

5. Statement of Financial Responsibility: The person whoever is going to financial support while you are attending Hartland College should complete, and send to the Director of Admissions.

6. Permission Statement: You as the applicant complete by hand, and send form to the Director of Admissions.

7. Very Important! You will also need to send us a recent photograph of yourself. You can send it to the address below, or you can e-mail it in digital form to the e-mail addresses below.

8. You will also need to send us an application fee.

9. Download the HARTLAND COLLEGE CATALOG (you will need Acrobat Reader to view it).

With your submission of this application, your picture, the admission application fee, and all other required forms as indicated, it is assumed that you understand the material in the “Hartland College Catalog and Handbook” and that you are willing to abide by its principles and policies.
