- For those who are unable to stay for the 18 or even 10 day session, you can come and enjoy ONE DAY with us!
The One Day program is designed to let people have a taste of what it is like to stay at Hartland Lifestyle Education Center for a longer program. It involves:
1. A health lecture or cooking class
2. Delicious vegan meals
3. A massage and Hydrotherapy
4. A night stay
5. And other activities that are taking place that day.
